Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective and current clients
• Schedule appointments, venue tours, and meetings
• Assist with event bookings, contracts, and client follow-ups
• Maintain organized records of clients, payments, and event details
• Provide administrative support to management and event staff
• Coordinate with vendors and internal team members
• Greet clients and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Assist with social media inquiries and basic posting (if needed)
• Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently

• Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative or secretary role preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email platforms
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, especially during event seasons
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus
• Professional appearance and attitude
