People from hands-on backgrounds tend to thrive including but not limited to, construction, demolition, cleaning, food service, EMS/firefighting, carpentry, handywork, or property maintenance. If you're dependable, calm under pressure, and like helping people on a hard day, you'll fit right in.To be a Restoration Technician you'll need:18+ with a valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or equivalentAble to do physical work and keep a flexible schedule (we have FT & PT shifts)Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screenRoom to grow:Many of our technicians move up into lead and project roles as they earn certifications.
