Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a holistic view of their circumstances.

• Design personalized service plans outlining specific goals, interventions, and methods for ongoing progress evaluation.

• Deliver counseling and therapeutic support tailored to individuals and families facing diverse life challenges, promoting personal growth and self-efficacy.

• Facilitate comprehensive case management by collaborating with clients to connect them with essential community resources, creating a pathway to stability.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans to protect clients from immediate threats.

• Work in tandem with community agencies to coordinate care and advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the support they need.

• Engage in outreach initiatives that raise awareness of the services we offer, aiming to expand our client base and community impact.

• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to continuously enhance program effectiveness and share insights with colleagues.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families who are often marginalized or facing acute social challenges. Our client population includes those dealing with substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health issues, and economic hardships. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory to practice in Florida.

• Demonstrated understanding of social and economic justice issues, as well as trauma-informed care best practices.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence in working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
