What You Will Do:

  • Perform professional tree pruning, tree trimming, removals, and preventive tree care while protecting property, landscapes, and surrounding work areas.

  • Inspect trees and job sites to identify maintenance needs, potential hazards, and appropriate solutions for customers.
  • Work alongside an experienced tree care crew to complete residential and commercial projects efficiently, safely, and professionally.

What You Will Bring:

  • You have hands-on experience with tree trimming, pruning, climbing, bucket truck work, or professional landscaping and are ready to build a long-term arborist career.
  • You understand the importance of safety, quality control, and careful property protection in tree care and landscape environments.
  • You can confidently use hand tools and tree care equipment while following established procedures and directions from crew leadership.

  • You communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers and take pride in completing work to a high standard.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Arborist credentials, horticulture knowledge, pest control familiarity, or formal training in arboriculture are valued but not required.
  • Experience in landscape installation, landscape design, lawn care, landscape management, or commercial grounds maintenance can strengthen your application.
  • Experience with climbing systems, aerial lift equipment, chainsaws, rigging, and tree removal techniques is a plus.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Earn a competitive hourly wage of $20 to $32 per hour, based on relevant arborist, tree care, climbing, and equipment experience.
  • Receive health insurance, a 401(k), vacation leave, and holiday pay designed to help you feel secure on and off the job.
