Performs and assist a variety of marketing and sales functions under the supervision of the Marketing Supervisor. Duties are to include sales, auctions, and corporate write offs. Supervises and support marketing personnel. The Program Coordinator will work directly to support the President/CEO and will conduct business development research.


Two (2) years of warehouse and/or marketing experience in an industrial setting.

Position Duties:

1. Responsible for assisting Investment Recovery marketing with the sharing of duties, sales and site visits.

1. Assist with customer sales, visits, paperwork and shipping/receiving.

1. Assist with intake of material along with tracking, dispersal and storage.

1. Assist with the intake, tracking, processing, storage, handling, sales and dispersal of customer "write-off".

1. Assist with processes for customer vehicle liquidation through sales, auctions, etc.

1. Maintain open and efficient methods of communication with the department, the organization, customers and employees.

1. Maintains safe conditions and good housekeeping.

1. Maintain customer required marketing reports. Create or update such reports as required.

1. Responsible for online sales of customer website. Provide staffing, sales, service and accounting to Organization and customer requirements.

1. Foster a relationship with customer that is conducive to expanded work opportunities and fund development.
2. Perform other related job duties as assigned.
3. Works directly to support the President/CEO.
4. Conducts business development research
